What is BYOB and how can I book?BYOB is a luxury party rental company specializing in cart rentals and mobile bartending. In order to start the booking process, please fill out out the inquiry form on our Contact page. Do you supply alcohol for the event?No, we do not supply the alcohol. MO liquor laws prevent us from purchasing alcohol, so that means you supply it and we take it from there! We’ll provide everything else - fresh produce, mixers, garnishes, cups, straws, ice and anything else needed for the drinks chosen! We will provide you with a shopping list and detailed instructions to make sure you know exactly what we need and how much!

Can you service a non-alcoholic event?Yes! We are happy to provide service for any type of event! We can provide a non-alcoholic drink menu ranging from iced coffee, specialty sodas, mocktails and more!

Where are you located and is delivery/pick-up included?We are located in Oakville, Missouri but are happy to travel around the St. Louis metro area! If you are located within 20 miles, a one-time transportation fee of $25 will be added. Between 21-50 miles, a one-time transportation fee of $50 will be added. If you are located more than 50 miles or if you would like us to price out your location, please reach out! On the day of the event, we will work with you or your planner to schedule our arrival and departure.

What is your cancellation policy?If you are needing to reschedule the event, you can do so at no additional charge. If you are needing to cancel the event, the non-refundable deposit and final payment (due one week prior to event) will not be refunded.

What is your weather policy?In the event of inclement weather, the renter is responsible for tent cover of the rented item(s). If damage is done to the rented item(s) you will be held liable for the cost of replacement or repair. In the event of inclement weather causing a cancellation of the event, you may choose to use your payment towards a future event - within one year.

How does payment work?In order to secure your date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event but can be paid at any time. We accept all major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.

Are you insured?Absolutely! We carry general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance and all of are bartenders are SMART certified.

HOW IT WORKS
Step 1.
Fill out the form on our Contact page and let us know you are interested in booking BYOB for your next event!
Step 3.
If you wish to proceed, we will move forward with reserving your date. A 50% deposit will be required at the time of reservation. This deposit will go toward your total balance.
Step 2.
Once we have the details of your event we will contact you to discuss further and send you a proposal.
Step 4.
Your remaining balance will be due one week prior to the event. On the day of, we will arrive at an agreed upon time to set up. Then, it's time to party!
